Many want more in life, but few move toward it with consistency

The gap isn’t desire — it’s the system that transforms desire into action and strategy.
I’ve been juggling so much, always chasing higher performance
But when I compared myself to those all time successors
I found something ......

and I interviewed people like me

Ted: 22 y-o film maker
Aurora: 28 y-o Marketing Coordinator
Myself: 21 y-o Industrail Design student

Nick: 35 y-o Church Outreach Coordinator
Kim: 60 y-o Principal Consultant
Brian: 51 y-o Strategy & Planning Lead

What did I find?
Because…

No external trigger
without an external trigger, long-term goals feel distant, and comfort quietly wins the morning
They have no purpose
no excitement, just comfort that keeps them in bed

Cognitive inertia
The body wakes, the mind doesn’t. Snoozing resets comfort as the default
The real game changer is the morning: it gives you a head start, sets the tone for high performance, and is where lasting habits begin to form
01
The Lost Hours

In a 2024 global sleep study, over 65% of users snoozed alarms without full awareness
82%
of young adults admit they stay in bed scrolling after waking up, losing around 30 minutes every weekday
and closer to an hour on weekends
That adds up to
4.5 hours a week
18 hours a month
216 hours a year
more than nine full days of life simply… gone

Snoozing ≠ neutral
Repeated alarms prolong sleep inertia: that foggy, low-performance state right after waking
2. Feel Low
1. Stay in Bed

3. Lose Momentum

But how did these all time greats do it?
Waking up early isn’t torture or luck. Those who do it daily have built a system — mindset, environment, and rhythm

"We all have dream and it's scrary somtimes, but you have to just go for it, nomatter what, go for it!"
- Kobe Bryant
There is a need to light up a fire in users' mind about their goal and purpose

“Persistence is very important. You should not give up unless you are forced to give up.”
- Elon Musk
Persistence isn’t a sudden burst of strength — it’s the quiet rhythm of small beginnings.
The right product doesn’t demand effort; it invites motion

“We say no to great ideas in order to keep the number of things we focus on very small in number so that we can put enormous energy behind the ones we do choose.”
- Tim Cook
High performance begins with focus
A product should help you find it — turning intention into a plan
02
From Idea to Interaction
Imagine
a product that motivates you to rise, not with noise, but with purpose
User Desirable Functions

“I want something that reminds me of my goals each morning like a small push to start with purpose.”
“Something that helps me sort my thoughts so I can start the day clear and focused.”
“I need something that forces me to get out of bed because once I move, everything else starts to flow.”

Refined Concept Selection

Beacon draws its spirit from two timeless symbols: the lighthouse, guiding travelers safely through darkness, and the torch, carrying light and hope from one generation to the next
